More than two-thirds (71%) of consumers surveyed said they now spend more than 30 minutes preparing a typical evening meal. When KFC Russia said last month that it hoped to launch and sell lab-produced chicken nuggets, advocates of Earth-friendly protein sources were ebullient for what it could mean for the environment.
